Shipping Policy
All orders require a 3–5 business day production period before shipping.
Europe: Orders are typically delivered within approximately one week after fulfillment.
International: Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and local carriers.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not see this within a week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please email contact@munchiwear.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Please note:
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. After this window, we are unable to accommodate return requests.
Shipping Provider
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or invalid address is submitted, we cannot intervene once the order has shipped.
If the package is returned to us, you must contact us directly. Once received, we will issue a refund for the order amount, excluding the shipping fee.
Please note that shipping fees (generally €6–€8 depending on region) are non-refundable.
Care Instructions
Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent.
Hang dry or lay flat for best results.
Avoid washing or drying on high heat, as this may cause shrinkage or affect fabric treatments.
